Monday, Feb 7 - Heart healthy theme for Valentines Day with activities that teach about keeping your heart healthy. We will do a relay race and things that encourage being active such as jump ropes, hop scotch, and the fitness mats. We will have a heart healthy snack with heart cookies and make crafts that encourage us to take care of our bodies. We will also make valentines to hand out.
Monday, Feb 14 - Bring a bike or scooter to ride to encourage being active.
Monday, Feb 21 - This is Presidents day so we will do activities that teach is about America's presidents and our country's past history.
Monday, Feb 28 - Bring a bike or scooter to ride.
